Important:
Products must be returned in unopened, unused condition with original packaging, labels, and any accompanying materials intact.

Returns will not be accepted for:

2. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery in cases such as:

• You received the wrong product
• The product is damaged during transit

Note:
Exchanges will be processed for the same item or a similar item of equal value, subject to stock availability.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided through bank transfer or store credit.
